Form 410 crossover · 2021–2022

Two political committees used the same filing address.

Separate Form 410 records document the same committee filing address for both Onward Culver City and Vote16 Culver City. Onward's December 2021 amendment lists that address with Nick Guthman as treasurer and Patrick Meighan as principal officer. Vote16's initial Form 410, executed July 4, 2022, lists the same committee address and also lists principal officer Ada Meighan-Thiel at that address; Michelle Zhou is treasurer. Onward's September 2022 amendment continues to use the same filing address while the committee is primarily formed to support Alex Fisch and Freddy Puza.

What the records establish: an address overlap between two separate political committees. The address overlap is a documented connection; it does not by itself establish legal coordination between the committees. The street address is intentionally not reproduced here.
