How this connects

Santa Monica: Orange Barrel’s contribution to the Torosis PAC

The October 21, 2026 Form 460 for Santa Monica Comeback PAC Supporting Torosis for Council 2026 (committee 1496717) reports $40,000 from Orange Barrel Media LLC on October 1. The recipient is the separately registered PAC reporting independent expenditures for Caroline Torosis, rather than her candidate committee.

Small’s own campaign endorsement page lists Caroline Torosis. That is a separately documented endorsement relationship with Thomas Aujero Small.

The same filing reports $64,086.66 in independent expenditures supporting Torosis through October 17, for digital ads and campaign literature. The contribution and the PAC’s total spending are separate figures; the filing does not allocate Orange Barrel’s dollars to particular expenses.

Orange Barrel Media and IKE Smart City say they share staff and ownership. This adds a Santa Monica campaign-finance record to the company relationship and Small’s earlier IKE referral vote; the reviewed records do not establish joint campaign planning between Small and Torosis.
